Wow! This hotel surprised me. It ended up not being the room that I had booked and paid for, and it was all the way at the end of the hall. The last night, the A/C broke on us as soon as we got there, but overall, the service saved the day.

The service was outstanding! They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help me out. They even offered me a key to another room just so I could use the bathroom or move if needed. Exceptional service!
